Miami Electric Masters shows up on time and great service. They go above and beyond. It started pouring here and he waited it out to finish the job on my roof lights.

The first two hot weeks of summer came late this year, but they hit Miami hard and fast. Alas, my AC, unused to such hard work, was pushing hard, and my poor breaker decided enough was enough. A quick call, and Rene came to the rescue. Changed the breaker out, and did some quick troubleshooting on the panel and the in House wiring, as this old Gables house has some ghosts on the machines. If and when I decide to do a full on reset, Miami Electric Masters will be my first stop for an estimate

I found them by “accident”. A few days ago when arriving home, I noticed one of their trucks doing work at a neighbors’ home. I asked the technician to please come by. He stopped by the same day and quoted me the installation of an EV charger that required a lot of conduit installation since my electrical box was at the back of the house. A few days later they came, did the work and left everything impeccable.

They are courteous, on time, very professional and did a great job as promised.

Edwin spent the day installing and relocating HDMI, coax and ethernet cabling for a bedroom/home office remodeling project. The Miami Electric Masters deliver again! This time they added a new chandelier with a hoist motor. It was important to get the location of the hoist motor just right so that it would align with new ceiling tiles we were installing. It fit perfectly and the installation worked flawlessly. The technicians also installed LED recessed lighting at specific locations to align with the ceiling tiles.

The technicians were on-time, very professional and polite. This is our second time using them for electric work and we would use no other.

Victor replaced a bathroom exhaust fan quickly and efficiently for us. He arrived on time for the estimate the day after I called for the appointment and arrived on time again the next day to do the work. Our lights and appliances were flickering in and out so I set up a service call and was pleased that Miami Electric Masters would be sending someone within a few hours. It turned out to be a potentially dangerous situation which was urgent to address, and our technician Jimmy immediately went to work in locating parts to replace our panel. He worked for over 7 hours until close to 9pm so that we wouldn’t be without power any longer than what was necessary. I was very pleasantly surprised by his dedication to resolve the issue the same day as our service call.

Because of the urgency of the job, I didn’t get estimates from other electricians as I would normally do, but the pricing seemed reasonable especially given the that Jimmy and his co-worker worked way past regular business hours. I’m very grateful.

I needed a job done quickly, to change awful light fixtures before a new tenant moved into an apartment. I didn’t have a lot of time between tenants. Instead of just doing things the usual way, ordering the fixtures and waiting for them to arrive, Miami Electric Masters went out right away and bought what was needed so they could do the installation the same day. Not that they would want to do this all the time (they’re busy), but in a pinch they worked outside the box to solve my problem. If this was not a time-sensitive job and they did things the normal way, I would give them 5 stars. Soo….my pool pump quit working and I also could not get my sprinkler pump to work so I called Miami Electric Masters for a solution. They sent Edwin Ochoa to diagnose the problem. He came on Wed to investigate the problem. I have one of those 4×4 concrete pump houses that contains the pool pump and the sprinkler pump all together in one setting. This little pump house is 20 feet away from the main house. Edwin quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad and wrong breaker in the panel and the master switches for the pool pump and the sprinkler pump were bad as they were 50 years old. He replaced the bad breaker with a new and proper one and bypassed the old switches to get me temporarily up and running. Then on Friday two days later at my request, he came back with his helper Javier and ran a new underground line from the house 20 feet out to the pumphouse to upgrade all the electric with all new waterproof and weatherproof switches and timeclocks up to NEC code.They worked 8 hours to get the job done and didn’t leave till 5:30 pm. I could not have been happier with Edwin and Javier as they worked hard all day in the hot August heat and humidity outside in the sun. I would recommend Edwin Ochoa for any electrical job, as his work was exceptional! Thanks Miami Electric Masters for yes a wow job!

We used this company with great success. We had Chris come to work at the house and he was great. All the basics of the whole process were great, scheduling, punctuality, price, quality of work, everything. But lets get to the part you can’t buy. There were some questions that I had and I called my friend who is a retired Master Electrician. I put him on the phone with Chris, and my friend can be abrasive, and Chris dealt with it in such a professional manner, he listened, and then actually took some of the advice. I had to fix a double-tap problem in my electrical box. I also had them remove old security system sensors and panel I no longer use. They worked fast and did a great job. HIGHLY recommend Miami Electric Masters….the name says it ALL, they are masters! We had pancake lights installed in our kitchen and were extremely pleased with the work. Victor was our electrician. He is punctual, detail oriented & his knowledge was second to none.
